Hope you’re having a fun and productive week so far! I’ve just returned from Bestseller Summit Live in LA, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life.
After months of preparation and oscillating between being elated and terrified at what would happen, once the room was set up and you all walked in, it was a total joy.
And judging by the event feedback forms all the attendees completed, they feel the same
One of the questions was “On a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is ‘incredibly life changing value’ how much value did you get from this event?”
The average across everyone who attended was a 9!!
So I am doubly pleased to have facilitated and experience and meetings with many other like-minded authors and entrepreneurs who invested their time, energy and resources to spend the weekend in LA with me.
Here are some pictures to give you an idea of the setup and the experience.
In addition to a solid weekend of training for authors and entrepreneurs to create and launch a best-selling book - we also managed to have a ton of fun.
There was the impromptu dance party, and the hosted bar for our Welcome Cocktail Reception.
Then on Saturday night we hosted the First Annual Pressy Awards to honor the 10 authors I’ve published in the last year and a half.
Ultimately a LOT of the value created at Bestseller Summit Live was amongst the participants. People had breakthroughs, partnerships were born and collaborations are underway.
Closing Thoughts on Bestseller Summit Live:
The success or failure of any live event is largely determined by the quality and participation of the attendees. All the decorations and activities in the world don’t mean a thing if the attendees hearts aren’t in it. So in saying that this was one of the best experiences of my life, it’s largely a reflection of the authors and entrepreneurs I am honored to work with
I’ll be doing running at least 4 live events next year for authors and entrepreneurs, so don’t worry if you missed it, and look forward to seeing you at the next one.
To your success,
Jesse
Looks like it was a blast! I will certainly keep my eyes peeled for your 2016 event calendar!
